Barry Fitzgerald & his team will be preparing small plates of carefully selected, seasonal produce to accompany magnums from top producers showcasing different grapes & terroirs. From Champagne to Chablis & Beaujolais to Brunello, the line-up for the evening will include wines by Bérèche Père & fils, Jean Dauvissat, Marcel Lapierre, Tenuta Le Potazzine, Léon Boesch & Eric Texier.
Fionnuala Synnott will be on hand to talk you through the wines. Fionnuala started her career in wine as a journalist & worked as a sommelier in London where she was on the opening wine team of four different restaurants including Jason Atherton’s Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social.
