Riesling is one of the world’s greatest white wine grapes. Riesling alone makes pure wine that precisely reflects its origin, in a range from floral and feather light, through tense, dry and mineral laden to more unctuous examples.
And if we are talking Riesling, then one country immediately comes to mind. Germany, with more Riesling planted than any other country, it remains the benchmark for the rest of the wine world.
The wines are sourced by WineMason, a wine supplier with a love of and experience in Riesling. Ben Mason and Barbara Boyle MW will be on hand to talk through the different wines and answer any questions you may have.
The 5 course menu will be matched with Rieslings from different regions, vintages and styles.
